That the Legislative Assembly pass the property rights motion tabled by MPP Randy Hillier, and take the necessary steps to enshrine property rights in the Constitution for Ontario.

Property rights motions were jointly tabled in both the Ontario Legislature by MPP Randy Hillier and in the House of Commons by MP Scott Reid, both representatives of Lanark-Frontenac-Lennox and Addington. It is important that our voices are heard at both levels of government. This petition is directed to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.
