MPP Recall

With each political scandal in Ontario, I hear demands that different politicians should be replaced. Unfortunately, voters only have this option once every four years. In some places - like British Columbia, Wisconsin and California - voters can "recall" their politicians and hold a new election midterm. I'd like to hear your thought on this idea.

When we don't do a good job at work, we all know that being replaced is one of the consequences. Some people feel that politicians should face the same consequences and that we should be able to replace them if they don't do their jobs. Do you think voters should be able to replace their elected officials if they are unaccountable or underperforming?
