Time for another scuttlebutt update on Freedom, Justice and Democracy from Queen’s Park.

The next few weeks will be pretty hectic, not only with the real business of the Legislature, but also with the frivolity that is always present in a minority parliament. I'm sure you have heard some of the rumours of Dalton trying to lure opposition members to resign with extravagant patronage positions so that he may yet get a majority, but I can assure you he hasn't approached me yet, but if he does I'll let everyone know ASAP.

(QUEEN’S PARK) - Randy Hillier, Ontario PC Labour Critic, introduced the final two pieces of legislation yesterday as part of his series on labour reform. Hillier introduced the third and fourth Bills of his four-part package for labour reform in Ontario.

Randy was joined at Queen’s Park today with various contractors from across Ontario. The Defending Employee’s Rights Act (Collective Bargaining and Financial Disclosure by Trade Unions), 2012, is the start of a series of labour reform Bills that Randy Hillier will be introducing in the coming weeks.
