Hillier on Bill 11: "We need real reform for ORNGE"

Randy Hillier, MPP for Lanark-Frontenac-Lennox and Addington, spoke to Bill 11 today and called on the McGuinty Wynne Liberal Government to scrap Bill 11 and provide real reform at ORNGE. It's false conciliation to the victims of ORNGE's incompetence to pass such a weak Bill.
