Hillier slams MaRS Minister over additional $86 Million

Randy slams Minister Brad Duguid over the Government's intention to blow an additional $86 Million into the MaRS Phase 2 Project. This latest bailout brings the total money blown on MaRS to $400 Million. Randy asks the Minister how many of the new tenants do not receive Government funding - the Minister refused to answer.
