Randy Hillier makes a statement at Queens Park, that Carleton Place Hospital is in need of redevelopment, but has been caught in a bureaucratic loop unable to expand to suit the demand of a growing population. For nine years Carleton Place Hospital board of directors have been trying to bring change to the small hospital.
