Hillier speaks to the Small Business Act, 2013

Randy Hillier, MPP for Lanark-Frontenac-Lennox and Addington, speaks to the Government's Small Business Act, 2013 and relays the actual concerns he has heard from small businesses. Reducing the number of small businesses that pay the Employer Health Tax is a good thing, but barriers like zoning laws, a lack of skilled and willing labour and high hydro rates are what's really killing small business in Ontario.
