During this weeks question period, MPP Randy Hillier took the premier to task on her choice of actions amid news that Elections Ontario has found that there was an apparent contravention to the bribery section of the Election Act in the recent Sudbury Byelection. 

Hiller informed the Premier that her actions in the wake of this news has "cast a long dark shadow over this institution and every member in it and also cast a long dark shadow over this province." Hillier continued to urge the premier to take the matter seriously and do what "any honourable premier would do" and ask for the resignation of her chief of staff Pat Sobara and Liberal Gerry Loughead.
